Purpose and access

Space City Stream Manager is operated only by the owner of Space City Live Cam. This website provides information and links to the public channels; it does not offer software accounts, public Google authorization, or a paid service. Viewing the channels does not authorize this manager to access a viewer's account.

Owner authorization

Before authorizing the software, the owner must review and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Authorization permits the configured livestream operations, including checking channel and broadcast health, creating segments, setting their titles and descriptions, binding them to an ingest stream and starting or ending broadcasts. The owner controls the configuration and can pause the manager or revoke Google access.

YouTube and other services

By using Space City Stream Manager, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube API Services are used to support the application. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Watching on Twitch is subject to Twitch's Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Optional app monitoring is described in our Privacy Policy and subject to the applicable provider's terms.

Availability and appropriate use

The software aims to improve continuity and minimize replay gaps. Continuous operation, complete archives, notification delivery and recovery within a particular time are not guaranteed. Power, network, camera and third-party service problems can interrupt coverage. The feed is not an emergency, navigation or safety service.

Use the website and linked services lawfully and respect the channel's branding and content rights. The branding on this site does not imply endorsement by Google, YouTube, Twitch or OpenAI.
